Welcome to Simply Credentialing (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Simply Credentialing website, credentialing software, and any related mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”).


By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.


1. About Simply Credentialing

Simply Credentialing provides a credentialing management platform for independent medical practices, small medical groups, and healthcare facilities. Our Services allow users to manage day-to-day credentialing files, provider data, and compliance information in a secure, centralized system.


The Services are designed for professional and business use in the United States only.


2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to:

  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or account misuse.


Simply Credentialing reserves, the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or presents a security risk.


3. Permitted Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Access or use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Upload or transmit harmful code, malware, or automated scripts.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Services without written permission.


4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Services require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe in accordance with their terms and privacy policy.


By providing payment information, you authorize Simply Credentialing to charge applicable fees for your selected plan.


All subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.


5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.


By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.


If you upload or store Protected Health Information (PHI), you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including HIPAA, and for using the platform appropriately.


6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, and materials within the Services—including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, databases, and code—are owned by Simply Credentialing or its licensors and are protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.


You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for your internal business purposes.


You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without prior written consent.


7. Third-Party Services

Our Services may include integrations, links, or connections to third-party tools or websites, such as payment processors or analytics providers.


Simply Credentialing is not responsible for the content, security, or practices of those third parties. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.


8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep our Services available and functioning smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.


Simply Credentialing may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.


We are not liable for any interruption, data loss, or modification that may occur as a result.


9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”


Simply Credentialing makes no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the Services for any particular purpose.


We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or free from interruptions.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Credentialing, its affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services.


Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Simply Credentialing, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.


12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Certain provisions of these Terms (including those regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply after termination.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.


Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.


14. Changes to These Terms

Simply Credentialing may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Effective Date.”


Your continued use of the Services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
